How treatment decisions are made
A Connecticut APRN reviews the secure questionnaire and any information submitted inside Healthie. You may be treated through the secure portal, asked to complete a video visit, or guided to in-person care when that is safer.
Remote care has limits. Apricity Medical Services LLC does not force telehealth when an exam, testing, imaging, procedure, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist evaluation is more appropriate.
