Apricity Medical Services LLC uses secure systems for scheduling, intake, payment, clinical messaging, records, video visits, and care management. Only authorized personnel may access clinical information for care and essential business operations.

General email support is for non-clinical questions only. Do not send urgent concerns or medical details by email.

Your clinical visits, questionnaires, messages, and records are handled through secure systems. You may have rights to access, request amendments, request restrictions, receive confidential communications, receive an accounting of disclosures, and receive a copy of this notice.

Terms of Use

By using this website or Apricity Medical Services LLC services, you agree that services are available only to adults physically located in Connecticut at the time of the visit and only under the clinical scope described on this website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the secure portal. Apricity Medical Services LLC may decline treatment, request a video visit, recommend in-person care, or redirect you to urgent or emergency care when telehealth is not appropriate.

Controlled Substances

Strict policy: Apricity Medical Services LLC does not prescribe, refill, or manage controlled substances through this service. This includes opioids, narcotics, benzodiazepines, stimulants, ADHD medications, testosterone, sedatives, and other controlled substances.

Payment & Insurance

Apricity Medical Services LLC is a cash-pay/direct-pay practice. Payment is due before the visit or before provider review begins. You will see the exact price of your selected service before payment.

Apricity Medical Services LLC does not bill insurance and does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid/HUSKY, VA, Tricare, or other government programs. Medication, pharmacy charges, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, urgent care, and emergency care are separate outside costs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you pay and are found ineligible before provider review begins, you may receive a full refund. If you cancel before a provider begins reviewing your questionnaire or before your scheduled video visit, you may receive a full refund.

Once provider review has begun and a plan, recommendation, referral guidance, or decision not to prescribe has been provided, the visit has generally been delivered and is generally non-refundable. Missed video visits without timely cancellation may result in the visit fee being retained.

Refund requests may be sent to contact@apricitytelehealth.com with your name and visit date. Do not include symptoms or medical details in email.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care is expected to cost when you are uninsured or not using insurance. The estimate includes expected charges from Apricity Medical Services LLC and may not include separate costs from pharmacies, laboratories, imaging centers, urgent care, emergency departments, or other providers.
