No. Apricity Medical Services LLC does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid/HUSKY, VA, Tricare, or other government programs.
Do you only treat Connecticut patients?
Yes. You must be an adult physically located in Connecticut at the time of the visit.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. A prescription is provided only when clinically appropriate based on professional judgment and is never guaranteed.
Is this just texting a provider?
No. This is secure online telehealth through a private portal. Apricity Medical Services LLC does not provide clinical care by ordinary text message or email.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
No. Apricity Medical Services LLC does not prescribe controlled substances, including opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, ADHD medications, testosterone, sedatives, narcotics, or other controlled substances.
What happens if I have an emergency?
Do not use Apricity Medical Services LLC for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, severe pain, severe allergic reaction, one-sided weakness, confusion, fainting, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Is my information private?
Clinical visits, questionnaires, messages, and records happen inside a secure Healthie portal. Public website pages do not collect symptoms, photos, medication lists, or other clinical details.
Do you offer Korean language support?
Korean language support is available for eligible Connecticut adults when clinically appropriate.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Once provider review has begun and a plan, recommendation, referral guidance, or decision is provided, the visit has generally been delivered.
